1. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made online or by e-mail to reservations@hummingbirdtravel.co.uk by the person who made the original booking. The e-mail must contain your booking reference together with all booking details.  Cancellations are only effecticve if tehy have been confirmed back by Hummingbird Reservations.

The following cancellation periods will apply for periods except Festive and Easter:

Date of Cancellation

Between 25 and 35 days before arrival:

50% of the booking price

Between 15 and 25 days before arrival:

75% of the booking price

Less than 15 days before arrival:

100% of booking price

 

Easter Cancellation Policy (27th March to 10th April):

Between 30 and 60 days before arrival:

50% of the booking price

Between 15 and 30 days before arrival:

75% of the booking price

Less than 15 days before arrival:

100% of booking price

Festive Cancellation Policy (20th December to 10th January):

Up to 175 days before arrival:

50% of the booking price

Up to 95 days before arrival:

100% of the booking price




No refunds will be given for stays that are ended earlier than planned.

Full payment on confirming your booking.

Changes to bookings (except adding accommodation or nights to bookings) will be treated as cancellations.
