1. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made online or by
e-mail to reservations@hummingbirdtravel.co.uk by the person
who made the original booking. The e-mail must contain your booking reference
together with all booking details. Cancellations are only effecticve if tehy have been confirmed back by Hummingbird Reservations.
The following cancellation periods will apply for periods except Festive and Easter:

No refunds will be given for stays that
are ended earlier than planned.
Full payment on confirming your
booking.
Changes to bookings (except
adding accommodation or nights to bookings) will be treated as cancellations.
